If you enjoy a cocktail every now and then, leave your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all cash, charge cards and chequebooks at home. Pack only the cash you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you expect to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You can have a success following a intoxicated evening out with your acquaintances and be blessed sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a hot craps table. Keep that account because it’s as brief as it gets if you regularly drink and wager. The pair just do not go well together.
Keeping your moolah back at the hotel is a bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for drastic behavior is compulsory. If you wager to succeed, then do not drink and play. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the no charge booze your stomach can handle, but do not carry credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your hooched up head squanders everything!
Allow me to take this a single step more. do not drink alcohol and then hop on to the internet to bet in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the comfort of my condo, but considering that I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit near by, I can not drink alcohol and bet.
Why? Even though I do not consume alcohol a lot, when I consume alcohol, it’s clearly sufficient to blur my judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both make for an awful, and expensive, drink.
